Fran Phillips Bio

Fran is the owner of La-Di Dardy Flowers, she grows seasonal, fragrant, blooms. All freshly picked and arranged in an artisan style. Located on the hillside next to Mon-Brec Canal, overlooking the USK River the flowers she grows are used for flower jars, farwells, wreaths, wedding and all sorts of other occassions.
