The Concept Design Package Explained
Kindly supplied by The Garden Room Living and Landscape Studio, the concept design package may include:
- Mood board and inspiration imagery
- Concept drawing (indicative only and not to scale)
- General zoning (e.g. planting, seating, features)
- High-level planting style direction
- One round of minor revisions

The greenhouse and accessories prize is capped at £7,000; no cash alternative is available. Installation is not included unless explicitly stated. The prize is subject to site suitability.
Design Terms
The garden design is a concept design only and not a build-ready plan. All drawings and visuals are indicative and may not be to scale. The Garden Room Living and Landscape Studio accepts no liability for construction, costs, or third-party implementation. A professional site survey may be required if proceeding beyond concept stage. Any surveys, additional design work, or further services must be arranged and funded separately by the winner.
Additional Work
Any work beyond the concept package will, be quoted separately, require a signed agreement, be charged at standard rates.
Timeframes & Eligibility
The prize must be redeemed & delivered within 6 months & any delays by the winner may result in forfeiture. Open to UK residents only. Entry is only valid via this webpage.
Usage & Rights
The Garden Room Living and Landscape Studio retains full copyright of all designs. Both Rhino Greenhouses and The Garden Room Living and Landscape Studio may use the project for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes. The winner is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the design.
Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to potential photography of the project, social media features & optional testimonial.
Liability
Neither Rhino Greenhouses nor The The Garden Room Living and Landscape Studio is liable for planning permission requirements, structural or ground conditions, budget overruns or contractor performance or third-party works.
Right to Amend
Rhino Greenhouses reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.

Following the concept design, the winner may choose to commission a full garden design package with The Garden Room Living and Landscape Studio at standard rates, subject to availability.
